How quickly do funds land in my account?

Mobile money contributions settle in your wallet within minutes. Card payments are batched and paid out on the next business day. You can withdraw at any time.

Can contributors give anonymously?

Yes. Each PiggyBox can require names, allow anonymity, or leave it to the contributor's choice. Anonymous gifts still appear in your ledger with amount and method, just no identifying info.

What if I don't reach my goal?

You keep every contribution. Goals are guideposts, not commitments — there's no penalty for raising less than you hoped.

Is it secure? How is my data handled?

Payments are processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 providers. We never store card numbers. Two-factor authentication is available for every account, and all data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Do you charge a monthly subscription?

No. Personal is entirely usage-based, so you only pay a small fee per successful contribution. Custom plans are tailored for teams and organisations that need advanced setup.
