3. PiggyBox Creation and Management

3.1 Creating PiggyBoxes

Users may create PiggyBoxes for legitimate fundraising, gift collection, or contribution purposes. You are solely responsible for the content and purpose of your PiggyBox.

3.2 Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant MyPiggyBox a license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service. You warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

3.3 Prohibited Uses

PiggyBoxes may not be created for:

• Illegal activities or purposes
• Fraudulent schemes or scams
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Pornographic or adult content
• Violence or threatening behavior

4. Payments and Transactions

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. MyPiggyBox does not store your full payment card details. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of our payment processors.

4.2 Fees

MyPiggyBox may charge service fees for certain transactions. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete a transaction. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.3 Refunds

Contributions made to PiggyBoxes are generally final. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of the PiggyBox owner or as required by law. MyPiggyBox is not responsible for issuing refunds for contributions.

4.4 Disputes

Any disputes regarding transactions should be resolved directly between contributors and PiggyBox owners. MyPiggyBox may assist in facilitating resolution but is not liable for disputes.

5. User Responsibilities

As a PiggyBox owner, you agree to:

• Use collected funds for the stated purpose
• Provide accurate information about your PiggyBox
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Report any suspicious activity
• Respond to contributor inquiries in a timely manner

6. Intellectual Property

The MyPiggyBox Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by MyPiggyBox and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MyPiggyBox DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MyPiggyBox SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
